GTRB Event Ticket Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. General Policy

By purchasing a ticket to a GTRB event, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

2. Refunds

• More than 3 months before the event: 100% refund (minus any booking fees).

• 1–3 months before the event: 50% refund.

• Less than 1 month before the event: No refunds available.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

• Tickets are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.

• Please email us the new attendee’s details at least 7 days prior to the event.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• If the event is cancelled by GTRB, you will receive a full refund.

• If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

5. No-shows

Refunds or credits cannot be issued if you do not attend the event without prior notice.
