When you buy a ticket for the GTRB Wild Weekender 2026, you agree to the following terms:
Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Early-bird tickets are limited to 100 and once sold out, standard ticket prices apply.
All attendees must bring proof of purchase (email confirmation) to gain entry.
Refund & Transfer Policy
Full refund if cancelled 60 days or more before the event start date.
50% refund if cancelled 30–59 days before the event start date.
No refunds within 30 days of the event. Tickets may be transferred to another rider if you are no longer able to attend.

Food Ticket Return Policy
A Full refund for pre-ordered food if cancelled up to 14 days before the event. No refunds after this point, but meals may be transferred to another rider.
Event Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, or activities.
If the event is cancelled by the organisers, all ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
Liability
Participation in rides and activities is at your own risk.
Riders are responsible for ensuring their bikes and equipment are safe and suitable.
