Love the idea of a weekend full of cycling, adventure and good company, but don’t fancy bringing all your camping gear? We’ve teamed up with The Somerset Bell Tent Co. to offer beautiful, fully furnished bell tents at The Wild Weekend.
Whether you’re travelling solo, coming with friends or planning to bikepack your way to the festival, glamping is the perfect way to enjoy the weekend with a few extra home comforts. Arrive, drop your bags and get straight into the fun. Your tent and bed will already be waiting for you!
What’s included in your glamping tent?
Each spacious 5m bell tent sleeps up to four people and comes fully furnished with:
Comfortable mattresses on proper bed frames
Cosy bedding, pillows and full bed linen
Recycled-cotton throws
Full matting underfoot
Indoor and outdoor solar lighting
Mirror and bin
Everything is set up before you arrive, so there’s no tent pitching or packing away at the end of the weekend.

You don’t need to have a group organised before you start planning your weekend. If you’re coming on your own and would love to share a tent, pop a message in our Girls That Ride Bikes WhatsApp community to see if anyone else is looking for glamping buddies.
Sharing a four-person tent brings the cost down to just £94.50 each for the whole weekend, and it’s a brilliant opportunity to make new cycling friends before you even arrive.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to bring my own bedding?
No! Your tent comes with mattresses, bedding, linen and throws, so you can leave your sleeping bag at home.
Can I share a tent with friends?
Absolutely! Each tent can accommodate up to four people, with a choice of single and super king bed configurations.
I’m attending on my own. Can I share with someone?
Of course! Ask in our GTRB WhatsApp community if anyone else would like to share. You’ll need to arrange your group and booking together.
Is glamping included in my festival ticket?
No. Glamping is an optional accommodation upgrade, booked and paid for separately. You’ll still need a valid Wild Weekend festival ticket.
Can I cycle to the festival without camping equipment?
Yes! That’s one of the best things about glamping. Your tent, bed and bedding will already be set up, making it ideal for anyone planning to bikepack to Wild Weekend.
